About the prices
- All prices exclude VAT. Greek customers, customers outside the EU, and EU customers without a verified VAT number are charged 24% VAT.
- An EU business outside Greece whose VAT number is confirmed by VIES is invoiced at 0% under the reverse charge.
- You can pay by card or by PayPal.
- Changing plan mid-cycle credits the days you have not used. That credit is spent against your next purchase; it is not refunded in cash.
- If a subscription lapses nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Your records stay readable and editable — you simply cannot enrol new students until it is renewed.
Questions people ask before buying
No. It is a permanent plan for up to five students, one administrator, and up to five other people in total across teachers, staff and contacts. There is no clock on it and no card is required. If you outgrow it, you move to a paid plan; if you do not, you stay.
Students enrolled in the currently selected teaching period. It is not a lifetime total: when you roll over to a new school year, the count starts again for that year. Students you have deleted do not count.
Not on the paid plans — they are unlimited there. Only the free plan caps them, at five in total across teachers, staff, contacts and prospects.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Everyone can still sign in, read, edit, export and print. The one thing that stops is enrolling new students, until the subscription is renewed.
Yes, at any time. Changing plan issues a credit for the days you paid for and did not use, and that credit is applied to what you buy next. Credit is not refunded in cash.
No — prices are net. Greek customers, customers outside the EU, and EU customers without a verified VAT number pay VAT at the Greek rate. An EU business outside Greece with a VAT number confirmed by VIES is invoiced at 0% under the reverse charge.
You pay us by card or by PayPal. Parents pay you through the school’s own payment account, connected once in your settings — that money goes to you directly and never passes through us.
No. Both are optional modules switched on or off per school, and the defaults follow your school type — a nursery starts with meals on and grades off. Switching one off hides it everywhere, without deleting anything already in it.
No, transport is a paid add-on on top of a paid plan. The menu for it stays visible with a padlock until it is bought, so you can see what it does first. Bought mid-cycle, it is charged only for the days left in that cycle.
Yes, and that is the intended way to use it. Connect the email account the school already uses, and messages go out from it rather than from us. SMS is sent under your school’s own registered sender name, so a parent sees who it is from.
Yes, whenever you want, including on the free plan. Your lists export to Excel and CSV, and the calendar, gradebook, meal plan and invoices export to PDF as well. An export covers everything your filters matched, not just the page you are looking at.
Students, teachers, staff, contacts, prospects and subjects import from a spreadsheet. Download the template, upload your file, map your columns to ours, and every row is validated and shown to you before anything is saved. Your own custom fields import too.
You decide, for each person and each part of the system, from simply reading a list up to deleting a record. A new colleague starts with access to nothing until you grant it. Teachers in the portal are restricted to their own subjects and their own students, and families see only their own children.
Throughout — the app, the portals, the pages before sign-in, the automatic emails and the automatic SMS. Each person picks their own language, and the automatic messages have their own language setting separate from the interface.
Yes. One account can belong to several schools and switches between them from the header. Each school has its own subscription, its own settings, its own currency and timezone, and its own data.
